potential wrong plugs used for recent cosair type 5 orders

Hi, all, according to customer's feedback, the wrong plugs could be used for the orders from the beginning of July to middle of July.

Wrong psu side 8p could be used.

Before that, there are only one type of type 5 connectors so there is no mixed using or wrong plugs problem. But after customer's feedback, we double checked the plugs and found the recent batch type 5 plugs from our manufactor are mixed with some wrong plugs which looks similar to the correct ones and with these wrong plugs, cables are not able to connect to psu. So recent orders might have this problem.

Therefore, we have contacted our manufactor about that and asked for an exchange so orders later will not have this problem.

If you find your cables are used with wrong plugs, please contact us first and we will offer a new free replacement.
