Shipping time

The shipping time varies. Regular shipping will need about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Express shipping will need about 1 week to arrive. Please note that the shipping time is out of our control, we are unable to control the shipping time or do any changes to packages once they are shipped and on the way. 

Refund policy on shipping

We are glad to offer a refund or ship a replacement if it is the shipping problem to cause an undelivered issue or a damaged issue. 

For undelivered issue, we need to have a certificate like an official tracking information or a certificate from post office or courier site to certificate the package was lost.

For damaged issue, if you find the order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

Exceptions

Please check your information and make sure they are correct when checkout. Make sure your address, phone number...etc is correct. We cannot offer a refund or replacement if the issue is caused by a wrong address/incomplete address/wrong contact number/not at home/no responding to courier.

We are also not responsible for the package be stolen. 

Shipping fee

The shipping fee varies from countries to countries, and weights to weights. The shipping fee we set is universal for most countries. But if your country charge extra high shipping fee, or the shipping method you choose doesn't support to your country, we will contact you. We have right to hold on the order if the shipping fee paid is not correct. You can contact us about to know how much the shipping fee will be before making order.
